Designed a patent-pending invention to enhance the sustainability of the endoscopy forcep product line.

I’ve held multiple roles on Olin Rocketry — a fully student-led team focused on designing and building SRAD (Student-Researched and Designed) high-power rockets — including Project Manager, Structures Lead, and Senior Mentor.

In this DFM course project, my partner and I designed and manufactured an injection molded spork. We machined the 2 part mold for the part and then attempted mass manufacturing the sporks.

In this Failure Analysis and Prevention course project, I analyzed the microstructure of incandescent lightbulb filaments to prove/disprove the hypothesis that they primarily fail due to grain growth.

I have been woodworking, in different forms, since elementary school. Ranging from after school classes and summer camps to teaching at these same summer camps, and eventually creating my own summer camp out of my garage, I have a lot of woodworking experience and now build most of my furniture.

In this DFM course project my partner and I designed and manufactured a small teacup and saucer to hold a succulent. The teacup was cast using a custom 2-part silicone mold and the saucer was vacuum formed around a 3d printed negative.

In this DFM course project my partner and I designed a milkbone treasure box for our dogs. We focused on DFM principles to make these parts easily mass manufacturable along with ensuring there is a precise fit between the two halves of the box.

I designed and manufactured a small hand-held whisk powered by a belt pulley system and a small dc motor.

I was tasked with making an art project for a Babson Sculpture class in which the only real requirement was to use some 'found object' in the final sculpture. As an avid cyclist my found object was an old bicycle chain and I also wanted to incorporate this with my aerospace experience and chose to use the SpaceX Dragon logo. I welded the chains as a support for the water-jetted Dragon logo.
